Parents should collect their child promptly and should be no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled finish time of the exam.

The mock exams will take place at accredited venues, in safe and controlled environment that complies with all health and safety and fire regulations. All staff have dbs clearance and children will remain at all times under the supervision of staff.

Our booking form requires you to provide a contact number for each child/student. This is the number we will use to contact you in the event of an emergency relation to the child during the mock exam sessions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the number you have provided is correct.

We use our best efforts to ensure that the mock exam proceeds on the scheduled day. However, we reserve the right to cancel a mock exam session, due to circumstances beyond our control. A full refund will be made in the event of any cancellation made by us.

The test fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and dates cannot be changed once booked.
